By accessing and using this platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide a multi-channel e-commerce operations platform that enables sellers to manage products, stock, orders, and returns across multiple online marketplaces from a single dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
